My Stay

My stay was comfortable and without issues. My only draw back was when I arrived to check-in I was directed across to check myself in on a machine. This was fine but after I printed out my key that was it! No welcome to the hotel and no explanation of where the lifts were or where I’d be getting my breakfast which I’d booked with my package. This made it a little impersonal from the get-go. However the room was very comfortable and in good shape.

Great location and comfortable room

I was very pleased with my stay. Although it was just one night, I had a pleasant experience. When I arrived, I was assisted with checking in and with my luggage. The room was comfortable and the hotel was close to the train station. I would definitely stay there again.

Overall happy with this hotel and will continue to stay here when traveling for Sounders games. Within close walking distance to Lumen Field and Valet parking helps keep your car parked in a secure location while you are out and about in Downtown.

The room appeared clean but we found a used woman’s thong underwear next to the desk. It was very noisy outside all night with banging and homeless outside in the alley. The refrigerator froze most everything in it and there was no microwave. Overall the stay wasn’t horrible, the bed was comfy and the shower was decent. Overall the stay was okay.

Nice hotel. Pleasant staff. Very clean. They were close to several options for food, coffee or night life. Walkable to pike place and other popular Seattle attractions. Across from public library, bus stop and a few block from the highway. Would stay again.

My room was tiny but very clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom had absolutely zero counter space. The property is ancient but the owners have done a good job of making it feel modern.

Hello, we stayed in room 212 this past weekend and were extremely disappointed. Our room was not clean to say the least and very crowded for 3 people. We had two queen beds for 3 people. No closet and no room for 2 suitcases. There were clumps of hair on the floor, dust/ dirt on the baseboards and windowsill and food crumbs still on the carpet. The tub/ shower was running when we checked in and was cover in dirt and stains. So disgusting that we did not shower all weekend. The room smelts mist and damp the whole time and could not open the window to get any airflow. When we went down to speak to an attendant there was never anyone there.
