we loved our stay at the Executive Hotel. super convenient spot- right in the middle of downtown, bars on one side, and everything is basically walking distance. if you stay here, definitely get the parking pass. it saves money and makes things way easier. the best part was the staff, especially Israel. he was SO helpful the whole time- helped with our luggage, brought us robes, slippers, and even a microwave for the room. and, showed us the amenities offered at the hotel. we asked if they had a laundry room (they didn’t), but he still suggested a laundry pickup service. he was super friendly and really made our stay better. honestly, 10/10 experience. would for sure stay again.

Room was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. The only complaint is the parking situation. Their parking area is in a different building a block away and they offer no valet service. The only way in and out of the parking garage is with a garage door opener, of which there is only ONE. We had to stand around for nearly 30 minutes waiting for someone to open the garage so we could get our car out then reverse the process to park again. For $55 a day to park, I would expect more reasonable service. For this reason alone I would not stay here again. Also, the HVAC system is so noisy we could not open a window for fresh air or control the room temp in any way which was hotter than we like.

My experience at this hotel was a bit frustrating. The staff takes hours to fulfill even the simplest requests—if they respond at all. Don’t bother calling the front desk for help; they keep their phone ringer on silent. I confirmed this myself by calling while standing right in front of the desk; the phone just blinked without making a sound, which explains why no one ever answers. I requested towels in the morning, and when we returned late at night, nothing had been delivered. We also requested a microwave, and it took two calls and three hours — and still never arrived until we physically went downstairs and they saw us. Housekeeping is also nonexistent unless you pay an additional $40 just to have your room cleaned or the bed made. Other than that, the hotel itself is quite pretty, especially considering its age. The building has a classic charm, and the location is excellent—close to the market and within walking distance of plenty of things to do. Unfortunately, the poor service overshadowed everything else. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you’re okay with handling everything yourself and being ignored by staff.

This is a very good hotel for the cost! It is the right balance of cost and amenities. They have a streamlined online check-in process and provide a digital key as an option to the usual key card to your room. Out front they have short term idling parking spots for 3-4 cars for when you check in. The lobby is small but nice. The attendants at the front were nice and helpful when we checked in and out. Breakfast is an add on option which we declined. Parking is $54 which is kinda expensive so we declined that too. For extra info, pet fee is $25/night which isn't too bad but we didn't need it that night. We got the king suite which was about 290 sqft. It's smaller than a king room at other more expensive hotels but it was still a nice and comfortable size, enough for a comfortable king bed a desk, two side tables, a mini fridge and a TV. The bathroom was a little tight, but still had a full size bathtub/shower. The soaps and lotions they used felt and smelled lovely. The water was pressure and temp were both good, so we enjoyed our showers. The bed was fluffy and comfy and the TV had a good selection of channels without any static. The room had complimentary tea and coffee (Keurig). Only drawbacks are that the room faces the street so there is street noise but they provide ear plugs in the room if needed (I didn't need it), the bathroom can be a bit tight, and then coffee was a bit weak, but other than that, I quite enjoyed our stay.
