Enjoyed my stay. Clean and quiet room within walking distance to waterfront and downtown. Great deli open late across the road. Enjoyed breakfast as well. Note that you will need to manually lift your bags down about 8 steps to get to the lift and again in the reverse when you leave.

Property was old and wore down. Lobby looked dirty and when we arrived to the room it had a weird smell. The check-in process was very fast and effective.

Fire alarm went off twice within 1 hour, forcing us to all evacuate. Hotel staff seemed to be confused often, and were on their phones. Did not give evacuation orders well. Extremely hard to get ahold of. Never answer the phone

I loved the self check in and was able to check in early after an early flight. The location was convenient and walkable to Pikes Place, Pioneer Square, and other areas. It was also in a convenient location to ttake the train to or from the airport. I’d definitely stay again.

Hotel and staff were nice. The bathroom was moderately clean however it is an area to improve. The complimentary breakfast is worth the extra money! The parade is 9ft which was convenient for a truck.
