Out of four front desk staffers we interacted with, "Israel" provided enthusiastic and prompt assistance. Another male and female were average. However, the night shift clerk had a terrible attitude. We needed her assistance checking in to our second room due to my error on the name it was registered to - no doubt our fault, but she could have handled it without such hostility. We also needed a space heater when the heat from the room unit was inadequate for an elderly family member. The front desk ignored our calls for 30+ minutes and then snapped when we approached the desk that a worker had just passed us with it in the elevator. Our relative in the room said it did not arrive until at least 20 minutes later. The sliding door to our bathroom was off the track, leaving one-inch gaps on either side. The one bathroom towel hook had loose screws, leaving little space to put our things. The room has a fridge but no microwave. Single-serve coffee was the lowest-quality we have ever had.

I didn’t like that in the family suite one shower didn’t work and the toilet wouldn’t flush all the way and there was grime on the floor of the shower. I also read about a way to self park and when I asked about it they said they didn’t have that as an option.

The Executive Pacific Hotel was a great bargain in downtown Seattle, where neighboring hotels were much more expensive. The staff was very accommodating, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to all travelers.

Located in the middle of lots of attractions in downtown Seattle... Green bike highways are just outside. The rooms are a little small and there's no good parking but they have 54$ valet service for anyone in a car. The staff are very friendly, and accommodating. They let me park my bike an unused meeting room.

Convenient location to the famous Fish Market. Easy downhill walk from hotel, uphill return trip via walking is good if you choose the correct cross street. Restaurant in the hotel makes good breakfast and afternoon/evening food. Room was very nice, elevator was fast.
