I have stayed at several grand Plaza locations. This was the most disappointing experience I have ever had with this organization. The hotel is in a very difficult location and they do not have sufficient pick up/drop off area. The parking staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. When I finally checked into the room, realize there was no power to one side of the room and the TV did not work. It took more than an hour for someone to remedy this. Just not impressed with the they were doing construction on this floor. The banging went on all day and all night. There was junk and boxes and items in all of the hallways. I would never have thought this was a four-star hotel.over all set up for management and never expanded anything like this with another Crown Plaza hotel. Way too much money for a mediocre experience.

The front desk and the valet were very helpful and pleasant. We were able to get checked-in and parked quickly. Great location for access to I-5 and a short walk to Pioneer Square and Fisherman’s Wharf.

The staff was so helpful. Met my accomodations. Hotel looks new or newly renovated. Loved the room and luxury body and bath products. We walked everywhere but took the monorail everywhere! Would stay here again.

Self service hotel , a hob for cruise ships Very limited hotel lobby , called room service for water , there was no room service. Had to go down and purchase water ,, If you want to use the elevator when the cruise ship passengers are leaving you have to wait 45 minutes. I would not stay in this hotel in the future
