valet was super aggressive on arrival. not even a welcome. parked 50 feet from the valet, in a lot that cost, 40$ for 24 hrs, as opposed to 65$ plus tax in the hotel. the welcome soured our trip. wont be back. room rate through hotels. com was a good rate.

Although the hotel was clean and the condition was good it had two main flaws. The windows were not sound proof and there was heavy traffic noise from our room on the 11 floor. The hotel was also on a hill from both accessible sides, not great for walking. Can not believe the road traffic noise from a city centre hotel.

Brooke my server in the Elevation Restaurant was very good. All the food recommendation were spot on. I ate in the restaurant all 3 nights and the food and the service were exceptional. Eric at the Front desk was helpful and professional. The area may be walkable, but not for me. I use a Walker and was afraid that I would loose my balance and fall down the hill. Loved the property. Thank you.
