Had a family get together, in town for 2 nights. Hotel was comfortable, clean, and provided a satisfying breakfast. The negative was parking, stales very small even for a compact car. The bottles of shampoo, conditioner, etc., very small, difficult to get product out of bottle. I have seen bottles attached to the wall of shower, which are refillable. I feel this is a better way with environmental concerns and a more user friendly for customers.

Some people like to sleep in...

We have stayed at this property a few times and have always been very happy with our stays. This time, the room we had looked a little worn and like it may need to be updated. The worst part of our stay was around 9:00 am and my husband had gone to get some breakfast and I was sleeping. A maid opened the door and said "Hola?". This was 3 hours before check-out time and I thought it was very rude of her to open the door and holler in like that.

Front desk service was a very mixed bag. Night clerk was delightful. Everyone I interacted with between 9-10 was rude or dismissive. There was a loofah from the previous guest still in my room’s shower and wet spots on the carpet in entryway. Normally a great stay the past 4-6 times I’ve stay here so this was an unpleasant surprise.

The hotel was clean and comfortable with a nice sized room and plenty of room to move around. The bathroom was clean and the beds were fresh and clean. The breakfast was well stocked and everything was yummy.

Overall, BW Bellevue is a very good place to stay on the east side. It is located right off I90 & 150ave. Besides the gated underground parking, there are plenty of surface parking spots available. The complementary breakfast has many items from fresh fruits to meats. Room is roomy and quiet. All in all, good place to stay.

Warning: lock your doors from the inside

When I got to my room, I walked in on two half-dressed people in the bed! Awkward to say the least! They said they had it booked for the next few days. I went back to the receptionist and told them about the humiliating experience, but they were blase and wrote it off like "that's not good: our system doesn't show anybody staying there", as if it were just a minor screw up. They gave me another room, but without an apology or explanation, how do I know this won't happen again? Side note: one of their two elevators has been broken for (at least) two weeks, which can make for some lengthy waits to get back to your room. The one elevator that does work looked like a war zone by the morning I checked out. The room I did end up getting was very nice and would get 5 stars on its own. It's just everything around it was questionable.
