The room was average, it was spacious but there is not enough hanging space and the bathroom is a weird setup, when we arrived we found a dirty bath mat kicked under the shelf in the bathroom. The air conditioner in our room didn’t work, it only blew cold air. So we turned it off for our 3 day stay. We had 2 team members who went over and above for us, Jeremy and Lulu. These 2 people helped us with information regarding buses, markets, they lent us umbrellas when required. 2 other team members misled us, one man gave us directions into a flooded area and the other woman told us there were no buses to take us downtown, we’d have to walk. Maybe training all of the team members in local knowledge would be a benefit. Thankfully Lulu and Jeremy sorted out these issues.
