The room that we were booked was practically inside the lobby and we could hear ever word said outside of our door , every step anyone took, and every door the opened and then slammed shut. We did not get any sleep at all that night.

Hampton Inn and Suites is wonderful place to stay when in Seattle. Very convenient location. Very close to Space Needle and if you don't mind walking a little farther, it is also walkable to Pike Place Market. We enjoyed our stay, 24 hr coffee in the lobby and good breakfast everyday. BTW, the staff are wonderful too.

Good hotel

This is a great spot to stay, not too pricy for the city. Has a good selection of room types and they’re very clean and neat. I’d recommend coming here on your next trip.

The hotel location is the reason I booked. Very close to Space Needle and the museums around it. It is clean and nice managed. Parking garage is covered and plenty of space. Breakfast has plenty of choices. The only downside of it is the noise isolation. Room to room noise is not much, but the noise from the corridor and street is quite annoying. Noise from cars and plane, and people talking from the corridor can go in the room. Air conditioning unit is also noisy but it controls the temperature well. If you need quietness, this is not your top choice.

The breakfast was good and the staff was quick to restock. However, hot water was always unavailable in the lobby area at night and each time I had to ask them to make more and return later. The room wasn't made when I returned in the evening, this was a complete surprise as this was the first time it was missed in my 30 years of travel. I needed room service and I made sure I removed the signage. In regards to the kitchen, it was missing utensils, I had a knife, 2 forks and a spoon, no scissors. I guess my expectation shouldn't have been so high, I was comparing it with the other hotels I've been to.... IE 4 plates, 4 knives, 4 spoon, 4 forks, 4cups. Overall, the location was great, breakfast was good, and I think I would come back.

The staff are the highlight of this hotel, along with the fullbreakfast, clean surroundings, easy access to local sites and roads to further places. We appreciated the lobby coffee bar being available 24/7. Will definitely stay again!
