I stayed 2 nights. Got in super late (well late to us) Close to the airport. I had not changed the default number of people for the room from 2 adults to 1 adult 3 children and was surprised for breakfast to only have 2 vouchers. Since we were leaving at 3am the next day and would miss breakfast, they allowed us to use the next day vouchers so we had 4. I’m very grateful. Note…don’t book in a hurry and forget to change the default. We just needed a place to sleep!! Overall nice place. The last night was a bit hard because there must have been a birthday party or something because there were kids running up and down the hall screaming and talking loudly.

The hotel is convenient, clean and comfort. The only thing I want to complain about is about the breakfast. At the breakfast buffet, coffee, water and juice were brought by the waiters but didn’t seem to be friendly enough from their faces that I was afraid of asking for refills.

When we came in for our check in, their parking lot was full. We were told to park at a nearby garage(they somehow share a part of a garage with an apartment complex) and to only park on the 4th story of said garage. When I realized this garage wasn’t connected to the hotel at all and didn’t have any elevators to get down, we knew we were gonna have to walk our luggages down 4 stories to get back into the hotel. Besides all that they also charge you $15/day for parking. With a toddler this is such a huge inconvenience. Sadly just for that we won’t be coming back no matter how close the hotel is to the shopping centers.

Dirty bathroom

Dirty bathrooms… went to shower and discovered someone else hair all of the walls. Also, horrible view of a wall. You can tell the rooms need some updating. Bathrooms need caulking and sinks need drano.
