Only good is location. Dirt carpet, leaky sink, smell cigarette smoke in the room. Bed bugs bite. Receptionists are not available when needed.

Smell or staff: who was less welcoming?

Front desk was largely unstaffed. Eventually the least friendly desk clerk I've ever met showed up. She had the demeanor of a warden. The place smells like vape and cleaning products. I guess it's OK if you're desperate.

They advertise airport shuttle every 30 minutes. It never came after waiting more than an hour. Spent 30 dollars on 3 minute taxi ride. I had tried calling number listed on board and it was answer machine for Ramada shuttle - said to leave message but voicemail full. Told guy at desk and he said he just came on shift so not his problem

The staff were very nice. However they don’t offer complimentary breakfast, you have to pay for it in the restaurant, so the website description needs to be changed. Nice hotel.
