Confusion and Hassle

The stay its self was avrage but the check in was hassle-full and unpleasant. I'm not sure why but the front desk clerk seemed to think we had more reservations then what was actual, when reported to the manager rather then smoothing over the situation and assuring good services he proceeded to argue with me and threatened changes. Although I felt assured the mistake wasn't mine he pressed the issue and hassled me for some time. With all the verify and double talk they even neglected my VIP status. After all that things turned out as I suspended and hotels.com charged me for thr correct number of rooms.

Everything too see in downtown Seattle is all within walking distance from this hotel. It is the perfect location. Safe and quiet! Beautiful scenery from the rooftop. Highly recommend!
