Staff are well-trained and courteous. One desk associate was quickly able to direct us to the nearest coffee shop (since Starbucks had closed its location adjacent to the hotel, which we didn't know until we wanted coffee!) I liked that they provided two luggage stands, which is necessary for modern hard-case luggage. Very clean, very quiet, very convenient to Seattle Center venues and lots of great restaurants.

Great location, close to Climate Pledge Arena and Seattle Center. Secure parking & a Starbucks onsite. Lots of dining options and a store nearby. Absolutely FABULOUS view from the rooftop terrace. The only drawback was slow elevators, but that just adds to the charm and ambience.

Great location. Short walk to many restaurants and bars. Rooftop has great view. Room was small and nothing special but I had one of the middle ones, not with a view. Probably a good price for being ~ downtown.

My check in was friendly and extra nice. The room was so clean and warm and just really relaxing. The bathroom was beautiful! I loved the full size shampoos bodywash etc. It was so close the our visit destination a block walk away! I will definitely stay here again and that bed was so comfortable. This morning when i came down for coffee the hotel maid was so nice and poliet i thanked her for having a wonderful Hotel and she even got the elevator for me!!!

My room was spacious, quiet, and easy to control the temperature without a noisy heater. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the water and coffee in the lobby were a nice touch. Great neighborhood for films, food, and checking out the Seattle Cente.
