They were very accommodating for early arrivals. They stored our luggage at no charge and while they are extremely busy, they still did a good job trying to check us in early. The service was stellar.

We were i room 623 and right below a retrofitted roof deck which was open 6:00 am to 12:00 pm. The view was nice, but the noise transfer from every heavy footed individual who scooted and dragged furniture around was terrible. They were even smashing beer cans on the deck till 1:00 am. Not knowing the source of the noise, I inquired with the Frankie, who told me it must be a mower up there. What a snotty comment !!!!

It was refreshing to stay at a hotel that was not part of a larger chain. The front lobby had charm, and the people at the front desk were really helpful and kind. It was a great location, very close and walkable to the space needle and Pike market.
