Do note that Capitol Hill is a densely populated area so street parking is first-come-first-served and can be hard to find depending on the time of day. Paid public parking is available nearby.

Cozy place, great neighborhood
Overall our stay was great. The place is well appointed and served us well and the neighborhood was fun and close enough to walk or light rail pretty much anywhere. The rooftop deck is also a lot of fun with great views!
One drawback is the king bed on the third floor is inside a frame on the floor. The bed itself was comfortable, but getting in and out of a bed on the floor would likely be difficult if you had a bad back or other injury/ailment.

Perfect location for exploring Capitol Hill and surrounding area. Easy access to transit and downtown as well as Japanese Garden and Arboretum.
