Nice but needs work.

This hotel was the best deal I could find in this area that offered comp. breakfast and free parking. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the river view is lovely. However, this is an older property that needs a lot of upgrades and repairs, especially the televisions that aren't internet capable, the a/c that's really loud, and the pool that appears to have been out of commission for a long, long time.

The rooms were smelly, and not cleaned properly. In one of our rooms there were tablets left on the counter from the previous guest who stayed in the. The Carpets were sticky, you needed to ensure that you always had on a slipper or socks. The hotel offers a shuttle service to the airport and shopping mall, however this service only runs every hour starting at 5:30AM. It is not on demand or as needed. Also, the breakfast is very limited.

No Root Sports

The problem we had was there was only one caffeine coffee pod in the room. (2 people) . Why? No one ever knocked on the door to see if we needed anything. We don't mind using the same towels every 2 days, but again no one checked to see if we needed more towels, shampoo, etc. To me, that does not rate 5 stars for service. I will say, the breakfast was nice. But if you stay in the Seattle area, you should at least get Root sports oin your cable package. That brings the rating down also.
