I rarely write negative reviews, but a couple of things about this stay did not go well. Right off the bat, the hotel shuttle was apparently not operating as promised. Reaching curbside at about 10 pm on a Thursday night, weary after a long day of work and a delayed flight, I waited for 20 minutes with no shuttle. Then I called the hotel and was promised the shuttle was running. 20 minutes later with no shuttle, I called again and was told the shuttle was refueling should be there in 10 minutes. Another 20 minutes with no shuttle, I called again and was told the shuttle was stuck in traffic. I had enough by now and waited at a taxi stand. $35 and 30 minutes later (about 90 minutes after reaching curbside), I was at the hotel, the shuttle had not yet arrived. The desk clerk sent me to the back of the hotel, where I discovered the room hadn't been made up. I walked the seemingly endless hallway back where the clerk was kind enough to find me a ready room close to the front. The bed was comfy once I finally got one and the night clerk was apologetic. If not for that, 0 stars. Although the price was relatively low, I would not stay here again.

Property looks dated. Lobby, hallways and room feel like the 1980’s. We arrived at 6:00PM and the Continental Breakfast Room was open with muffins and watermelon slices from the morning still uncovered on the counter. We questioned the food safety of this condition. Otherwise, the area is safe, 7-11 is a 4-5 minute walk up the street. Wendy’s is close and right across the street from 7-11. 8 minute walk to King County bus stop. This hotel has a small attached casino which has a nice bar and restaurant. The food was good and reasonably priced. Room and bed were comfortable. Overall this hotel was a good value. But… if you require modern and new, this is probably not the place for you. This is a 2 or at best 3 star (on 5 star scale).

It was clean overall but I had to make multiple requests for room cleaning. I told the front desk and they said they would pass the request to housekeeping but then housekeeping failed to clean the room. I noticed ants on the floor and I had to make 4 separate requests before someone actually treated the room.

Our room has a river view and is very quiet. There’s a trail to walk along the river. Front desk service is excellent! Just make sure when you take the free shuttle from the airport to double-check what Ramada branch they’re taking you to. We were dropped off at a different branch.

This property is worn out! It needs to be gutted and rebuilt. It is amazing anything functions there with all of the deferred maintenance on full display.
