My reservation was for a hearing impaired room and at check in I was not even offered one. The only thing I was offered was 1st floor or 2nd floor with the caveat that there was no elevator. We had an issue with the toilet being partially plugged and I put in the service request at 4:45AM our first morning and when we returned at 5:00PM it had not been fixed. I immediately went to the front desk and reported it and they sent the maintenance man to snake it remarking the whole time that he was supposed to have gone home by now. I made the mistake of choosing not to pay until check in and when I got there the rate between the time I booked the room several months ago and now the rate went up quite a bit

It was truly a pleasure staying at this remarkable establishment. The accommodations were exceptionally well-maintained and offered a comfortable atmosphere. The property must have rented out the pool to a private swim lesson company. We felt like we could not use the pool because they took up the entire space. The pull out bed was absolutely disgusting and stained. Staff was all friendly and helpful

Beyond the limited coffee stand that is only open in the morning, there is no food onsite and no suggestions by the hotel. The stand by the front desk was mostly empty.

The breakfast was dreadful. Just over priced microwave meals. Nothing fresh. No blame on the lovely member of staff serving, they were great. No bar which was a shame (there is little shop on site) as the lounge area was lovely. Outside seating area was great too. Just nothing to do.

Never received my credits. Never was offered. Charge me for staying ten dollars for my car. I've stayed here before. But I think it should be built into the room charge that you're paying. Rather than slide in a dizzy , ten dollars more for after you get here. Like a signal tail bowl.

Nice property, but a bit old. Would be nice to not have carpeting, as it holds dirt and felt a bit dingy, hard floors would feel cleaner and more modern.

Cute and cozy little stay

Every staff member we met at the hotel was friendly and helpful. Check in process was smooth.One of the guests was elderly and it was inconvenient to climb the stairs to the originally assigned room on the 2nd floor. The front desk staff quickly helped resolve the issue. We enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and clean. We liked the courtyard space. Very Cozy. Thank You!

My toilet unexpectedly overflowed when flushed, with only a few tissues flushed. Water was clear but flooded the bathroom. We were provided with another room but it wasn’t a suite like the first one. The new key cards issued for the new room did not work. A staff had to bring a replacement card.
