The house was spotless and the host provided everything we needed for a great weekend with our UW students. The location is perfect. Easy walks to coffee, restaurants, even campus if you’re adventurous. The streets are tight but parking was not a problem. Highly recommend!

We had a great 5 night stay in this beautiful Wallingford neighborhood Craftsman. Steps from Woodland Park and short drive to UW, downtown and more. Super comfortable 2 bedroom unit and owner pretty much thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house with a comfortable feel of home. Incredible upscale appliances and cookware in the kitchen that was stocked with plenty of cooking essentials to make meal prep easy. House was very clean on arrival and the thoughtful and intentional decor gave the home a historical heartbeat. The unit was perfect for our family of four. The kitchen had everything one would need to cooking. The besides the lovely bathtub, there is a full shower which was nice. The location was excellent for us as it really was central to everything we wanted to do in Seattle. Street parking was always available and Roland was very communicative. What a gem of a place! The location was perfect for getting to the places I needed to go during my stay. Parking qas easy to find on the street. The house was immaculate and the amenities were just what we needed. I will book again if this place is available during my return visit. Roland was very gracious and easy to communicate with.
