I had to troubleshoot a toilet, and I don't even care for troubleshooting my own. The room was also very oddly laid out. No AC, just an open window and a box fan. But staff was nice, price was reasonable, and at the end of the day I had a clean and comfortable place to stay.

Lobby is charming but the music in the lobby is motion sensitive and too loud making it hard to relax when siting on the couch or chairs. Nice staff No air conditioning and the fan provided was also loud. Bathroom pretty spacious but no cabinets or large shelves to put personals.

FYI the hotel I believe was built in 1929 so yes it’s old but the rooms are nice and clean. The only thing we didn’t like was the ac. That really needs to get fixed

The location was convenient, walkable to the many sights and to Lumen Field. What I didn't like was facing the hospital courtyard and the industrial pipes making noise, thus needed to keep the windows closed.

The Inn at Virginia Mason is a convenient and affordable hotel in Seattle that is easy access to the wharf. The patio off the lobby is lovely and there is a great coffee shop inside the hotel. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Father son trip to catch the Mariners games and see the city. We enjoyed our stay and had no issues. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only complaint with no air conditioning…we would have loved to open the windows all the way but you can only open them about 2 inches because they have screwed in stops. Nice weather so it wasn’t too bad of an issue. 15 minute walk down hill to get to all the attractions. Walking back up the hill is a challenge if your not prepared. We would stay here again.

We liked the history of the building. It is quaint and has a lovely patio off the lobby. The staff was friendly. My husband asked for an extra blanket that never arrived. The rooms have old furniture and paint was coming off the wall near the bathroom. The window only opens about 2 inches for fresh air.
