Once we checked in and paid. The front desk staff informed me that the hot water will be out until 10pm. He could have told me this before i paid. Then the next morning the front desk staff again the restaurant was closed due to the water problem again. and said we can walk a couple of blocks and find some where to eat BUT we would have to pay for it. The staff wasn't friendly at all. I think due to the water problem i should get some type of refund. I will never come to Seattle again. just there to get on the carnival ship to go to Alaska. Plus this was our wedding anniversary. wife was VERY UNHAPPY

Nice hotel but a bit over priced for amenities and location. Water pressure was so low I had difficulty rising off my toothbrush. Mandatory extra fee for I don't know what so be aware.

A cute hotel with a great location!

This hotel is really cute and the location can’t be beat. The staff were very friendly and helpful too. My only note is the queen rooms window faced an inclosed alley which was a little disappointing and there was no fridge in the room but otherwise it’s a great place and would stay again

Every single staff member we interacted were happy and eager to help. We ate in Ben Paris several times and the food was excellent each time. My husband suffered a knee injury while we were there, and Cara and other staff members went above and beyond to help us deal with the situation.
