The staff was very friendly and accommodating. You could see the effort that they were putting into keeping the lobby and common areas clean and inviting. I would recommend this establishment to any friends and family who were traveling with pets and children. The pool area and game room were also really fun.

Travel a lot and this stay has been the most comfortable and convenient in every way. The staff was courteous and the room was CLEAN. The only slight issue was the parking; the spots were so narrow the passengers would have to get out before the car went in.

From check in to check out, our stay was outstanding. Our host at check in made it very easy to get settled, signed me up for Marriott rewards and offered me late check out for signing up. Our room was comfortable, amenable and convenient. It had a great view from the balcony of the lake . The pool area was clean and comfortable. Overall our entire stay was amazing and I I will d to friends and family in the future.

There was an avoidable mixup with the front desk. I presented my ID and said the room was under my name. The clerk fixated on my boyfriend's different last name instead. She put us into a reservation of a guest with very similar name. They then locked us out of our room and said we disnt have reservations which we did. They tiok my boyfriends daughter ID who was there as our guest!!! Wven after the manager said to the clerk to return us to our room she kept it up. The manager finally said she told you over and over the reservation was under her name, just look up her name. It was embarassing for everyone in our group. The breakfast and accommodations were great though. They comped our parking but that didnt feel like enough. but this put a da.perwequname.

They put us in a room where you could hear the construction outside. I asked to be moved and they told us that the noise would end at 10pm. It was 1am and there were large constructions vehicles moving equipment. Neither I nor my family could sleep from the noise and the hotel didn’t care.

Nice property. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Would be nice to have a robe(s) and slippers in the room. Nice spa and gaming area. Games are a little outdated but were fun. Hot tub needs to be cleaned regularly. Water was dark and murky. Pool was clean. Pleasant breakfast area. Decent selection of food. Would be nice to see a few more pastry items, such as croissants and muffins. Staff are efficient and friendly.
