I had an amazing visit at the property. Everything was great! The room was nice, plumbing worked and drained quickly. Staff was super friendly and understanding. Breakfast served the purpose. Parking is on property and had spaces available. GREAT Visit!!!

The breakfast was exceptional (the standard eggs, sausage, waffle machine plus yogurt with lots of mix-ins, guacamole and sandwich fixins; staff was friendly, helpful and professional; fresh fruit and coffee/tea available all day. Definitely would recommend and would stay again whenever we're in the Sedona area.

adequate but a bit disappointing

Fine except no elevator and no ground floor room with two queen beds. Overall hotel a bit of a disappointment for high cost of nearly $300.

This hotel looks nice like the pictures it honestly looks and feel more like a motel. The room is very outdated. The carpet is very old and dirty. It isn’t a good location though.

Very bad experience, they didn’t have AC, very bad breakfast, they didn’t have any bread left and were out of items, WiFi was not working, bathroom was very dirty and they double charged for taxi fare

First Night we got here. I was told already that there were complaints about barking dogs and not to leave them unattended. My fur babys were not excessively barking. We were on the first floor, second floor made lot of noise running around which would of course startle any dog especially being their first day/ night at this place. Never did we leave them unattended but of course we were told not to do so. Check your cameras before assuming. Booked for three nights. First night I wanted to already leave. At all the Pet Friendly Hotel/ Resort places we have stayed at this is the first ever my dogs had a complain about them. Very disappointed with this Not so Friendly place. Dogs are not mute. My Family and I are definitely not coming back here again.

We spent $817 to stay for two nights. The website and Expedia photos made everything look nice. This is a motel. Nothing more. It is dated like any motel from the seventies. There was a bathtub beside the bed. Seriously! And the sink was in the entryway. We had upgraded for a patio which was dirty and unusable. Men with chainsaws worked on the trees above our patio during the daytime. We asked the two ladies at reception about the noise and they treated us like we were idiots. I guess we are for spending that much money on a seedy hotel! They allow dogs but there is no grassy area for them, just a parking lot. Breakfast was continental and basic. The walls were so thin you could hear the conversation in the next room, the tv and the toilet flushing. We left after the first night. Of course, no refund from Expedia but it was better than being uncomfortable.

Nice pool and fire pit. But weather was too cold. Room had Tub jacuzzi . Hotel was very dated for the price… I guess . I will go for a name brand next time. Love that it was close to everything.
