We loved the room once we got in there. Loved the nice patio with a nice size table and chairs . Several stairs up and down and difficult to find your room .

Love the pool!

I love the location of the Hyatt. The pool in my opinion is the best feature with spectacular views. My only comment would be that there should be more umbrellas available at the pool. On a very hot sunny day nobody wants to sit in the blazing sun and not all of the chairs have shade availability. The beds are super comfortable, and the unit is very well equipped.

The perfect spot!

We loved the location of our stay as well as the room. The hotel is close by to uptown with access to great shops and restaurants. The amenities at the hotel are great and worth the resort fee. There are javelinas that roam the property which I think should be made aware to guests as one we encountered from afar was not friendly, grunting, and started following us. However, both at check-in and check-out we dealt with unfriendly associates. At check in I approached the desk at 3:56 and the male associate (I assume manager) abruptly said “did you get a call?!?” I said no but check-in is guaranteed by 4 and it’s 3:56. No worries if we had to wait a few minutes but with a 4 minute difference that response isn’t warranted. When we mentioned the javelinas at check-in, I felt that I was responded to as if I was stupid for warning future guests who may be from out of state.

Property is spectacular. My only complaint is being referred to concierge on check in for an up sell opportunity for a future stay. Sometimes an expedient check in is all that's wanted after a long drive.

Convenient, all inclusive facility with striking views of the Red Rocks. But their timeshare sales pitch was relentless everywhere. For any kind of info for tours, directions or transportation were strictly differed to talking to timeshare sales department. We enjoyed the pool and the hottub and used frequently while staying for 3 nights while daily going to all the nearby hiking trails and soak. Has a laundry room, multiple restaurants and snack bars. It’s a nice property in an extremely touristy place that is Sedona, close to all the restaurants and trails. Just watch out for those timeshare sales people.

I got lost all the time and it was a stretch to walk from my room to the pool area. If they could make signs larger or low lamination to walk ways, pools etc. Also maybe offer to ride to areas . I missed out on a few things because I didn’t want to get lost and walk around in the heat .

The hotel itself was okay, clean, not as big as I thought, noisy neighbors, also not the view I thought I was getting, (parking lot). I would recommend, making reservations directly with the hotel to get more accurate room information and details. Sedona itself, was very beautiful, the resort is perfectly situated to explore, whether your walking or exploring by driving.
