Our beautiful brand new home with its latest appliances, high-end furniture and designer touches is truly a contemporary gem in the heart of West Sedona. This 3 bed, 2 bath residence is conveniently located within walking distance to the popular Soldier’s Pass and Sugarloaf trails, it’s also next to a grocery store and many coffee shops and restaurants.

Soldier’s Pass Trail (7min drive from the house) - moderate trail (between Brins Ridge and Thunder Mountain) that offers a back country feel yet is almost located in the middle of town.

Sugarloaf Loop Trail (6min WALK from the house) is a 1.9 mile heavily trafficked loop trail that that offers the chance to see wildlife

The house was amazing for our stay! Couldn’t have asked for a better place. Clean, well-appointed and a perfect location west of the Main Street Sedona scrum. Wonderful stay!

The property was fabulous and we very much enjoy our stay! Clean, well stocked and nice quality throughout. The cute backyard had comfortable seating and a hot tub we enjoyed under the star filled sky. The location was perfect for all the activities and trails in the area. A great choice to consider in Sedona!

Nice Place

The owners of the property seem to be good people. They have a nice property and very modern. It is near everything. Our only disappointment was it was not very clean. There was hair in the shower and on towels. There was dust on table and some of the counter parts. Their cleaners drop the ball in maintaining the place the way it should be.
