Very nice hotel, clean and bright. Not their fault it was high tourist season in Sedona (was a local for years), lol. That being said, it is accessible to many trails and dining options, the shuttle stops right at their door, etc. Just it was very, very busy and the people in the dining area getting breakfast was a little overwhelming in the a.m.

Upon checking in the person behind the counter, took two phone calls. The first one she put on hold the second one she continued a conversation. Was surprised to find out parking was extra. It was not included in our reservation, which I think is silly because that’s the only place to park when you stay there. So we had no choice but to pay the extra $15 a night.

Good location tongo hiking and restaurants. Room with a view 1st floor facing parking lot but could see bell rock which was gorgeous!!! Beds and pillows comfortable and breakfast included was amazing!!! Hot and fresh everything you want in breakfast for everyone! Parking have to pay for nightly which was not told by expedia when booked so that was surprise! Halway carpets need replaced and smelled like smoking cigarettes-- bedrooms were nice and clean and no smell just hallways. Room with views are in front of building 133 to 125. Over all it was very good for the price and comfortable and pool and workout was clean and was good. Would stay again

Not a luxury property. But adequate for what we needed. Good "economically friendly" price. Very friendly staff. In our room, a set of lights could not be turned off. Panel of plugs on the nightstand did not work. Walls are *very* thin. You can hear *everything* your neighbors are doing, ex) phone calls, laughing, yelling. Front desk agent explained "we are at full capacity". Perhaps this is why we had some diappointments. Requested towels twice on Friday night, twice on Sat morning. ZERO response. Lines waiting for food to be prepared for breakfast. (Sausage, eggs, pancakes). Inadequate number of seating there- had to bring our food to our room. Toilet leaking inside the tank, making a LOUD "hissss" every five minutes or so. Kudos to Samantha at the property who listened to our concerns and acted fairly to resolve.
