Sedona Sweetness Vacation Rentals offers Sedona Sweetness #1. Stunning and Serene Sedona Getaway with HOT TUB! Nestled just a short stroll from Thunder Mountain Trail head which leads to a vast number of hiking options.
Come enjoy the peaceful, clean and cozy setting of this one bedroom, 420 square foot home, featuring a kitchenette with built in eating space, a full bath, and 2 large smart tv's. Spacious vaulted ceilings with windows provide glorious natural daylight. Rest and rejuvenate on a queen bed with a memory 12" memory foam mattress with a 3" topper. Bring your swimsuit and treat yourself to a soak in the hot tub after a day of hiking. Enjoy a beautiful sunset followed by a evening by the fire pit. Grill and eat outdoors or cook a meal using a toaster oven, induction stovetop, crockpot or microwave.

Hosts are available and live nearby and are available if needed.
The home nestled in a quiet neighborhood in W. Sedona (important feature for many) near the base of Thunder Mountain. Thunder Mountain Trail head is walking distance from the home and offers many hiking/biking options. Several grocery stores and restaurants are within a few miles of the home. Sedona does enforce a noise ordinance, so quiet time begins at 10 pm.
Having a car is the easiest way to get around. Uber is also available in Sedona. Public transportation is limited, but we do have a service available with LINKS transportation.

Excellent host communication, comfortable spot to launch for exploring the beautiful desert. Literally walking from the unit to a great trail system, no need to interact with overflowing parking lots. Also convenient for driving to the Boynton trails and vortex area, to the shuttle stop for Seven Sacred Pools hike, and many excellent restaurants. Helpful guestbook provided. Would stay here again.

This guest home was perfect for the two of us! Owners have thought of everything to make a visit special. Very clear instructions throughout. We loved the access to the local trails without having to drive and park. We also enjoyed the hot tub after a day of hiking. Highly recommend this property!

Sedona Sweetness was an absolutely perfect rental!! Between the hosts, the location (literally a 3 minute walk to the Thunder Mt trail head), gorgeous views, hot tub to soak after a long day of hiking, to one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in!!! I would recommend this location to anyone!!

This place is as complete as it could be. There is nothing we wanted or needed that wasn’t already there! What an amazing property, in an amazing location with amazing hosts. You could probably spend a day just hiking right down the road (walking distance to chimney rock). Close to tons of great restaurants. We will definately book again!
