Whether you've come to explore Sedona's iconic landscape or simply slow down and recharge, this home makes an ideal base camp for your stay.

OUTDOOR LIVING
Step outside and take in Sedona at its finest, with the community pool and hot tub just a short stroll away. Framed by red rock views and wide-open skies, it's the perfect spot to cool off after a hike or soak in the stars once the desert night settles in.
INDOOR LIVING
Inside, an open great room with soaring ceilings and oversized windows frames the red rock scenery in every direction. Natural light pours through the space, giving the whole home a warm, welcoming feel. The living area is built for relaxing together, with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and built-in sound for easy evenings in. The layout flows straight into the dining area, which seats six, plus a breakfast nook for casual meals or a slow morning coffee. The kitchen looks out over the main living space, with a window above the sink that keeps the outdoors close while you cook.
SLEEPING QUARTERS
The primary bedroom features a queen bed and a private en suite with a soaking tub and walk-in shower, a quiet place to reset after a day of exploring. The second bedroom also offers a queen bed and cozy furnishings, giving additional guests a comfortable place to rest. Every room is designed with relaxation and a good night's sleep in mind.
LOCATION
Set in the heart of West Sedona, this home puts you close to everything the area is famous for, from world-class hiking and biking trails to local restaurants, shops, and wellness spots, all just minutes away. Even with that central location, the home keeps a peaceful, residential feel, giving you the best of both worlds: easy access and a true retreat.


House Rules
~ Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.
~ Check-in time is at 4:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.
~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.
~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~All reservations must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.
~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet approved. Select homes are pet approved.
~No Smoking
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature
~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
