The pictures of the rooms make them seem much larger than in real life. But the pool was nice, and parking was convenient. The evening front desk staff woman who checked us in does not seem to like her job. However Tina (daytime staff) was very helpful and kind.

The room set up was great, living space, kitchen and privacy for the bedrooms. Pool was awesome, perfect water temperature, plenty of room. The grounds were nice and well kept. Enjoyed the restaurant on site. The location was away from the crowds.

We rented a two bedroom and found out I was the only two bedroom attached to someone else and they were very noisy, loud late at night and early in morning. The sleeping was terrible one night and just ok the other three. I called front desk and they said sorry nothing they could do. They were fully booked. Not acceptable. I paid a lot of money to stay there

The check-in staff were great and helpful! Clean rooms but over crowded for 5 people-3 teenagers & parents. Next time I will have to upgrade. Thank you for a wonderful experience in a resort.

We had issues when we arrived in our casita the toilet wasn’t working. But one phone call and ten minutes later it was fixed. The unit is smaller than it appears on line, more like a small RV. But cozy. Loved the on-site Italian restaurant.
