Stay at Sedona Pines

Absolutely amazing stay at Sedona Pines. This is my absolute go to from now on! It's the perfect distance from everything in the Verde Valley and the property is so beautiful. They have wonderful amenities, the people working there are so kind and helpful. The restaurant has amazing food and again, more lovely people working there too. I absolutely love Sedona Pines Resort and will recommend it every chance I get!

Awful stay

From the time we arrived we had nothing but problems. Couch ripped, toilet was broken, took 2 hours to fix, only to continue with problems so the second day they had to return for another 2+ hours. TV also needed to be replaced while we were there. Called desk for clean towels. Had to leave multiple messages. When we finally reached the desk, they said they just received the messages and this was hours later. Between phone calls to request repairs and waiting for repairs, most of our vacation time was taken up with their property issues.

I want to overall rate my stay as a five stars. Although there was one night where my keys went out on me, but yall were helpful and there was managers on site and it was resolved quickly. overall five stars it felt like a little RV. It was the cutest place I think I could’ve stayed in Sedona, at a reasonable price. Thank you so much for being wonderful and beautiful property. Alex b. was my favorite employee :)

When reserving the room it gave me the option of a “cabin”, so that’s what I chose. The “cabin” was a beautiful stand alone I bedroom condo with fully appointed kitchen, living room, dining area. The shower was beautiful as were the wrap around front room window. All of this situated in a wooded, hillside peaceful setting. The amenities were incredible, as well. Several spas, a large swimming pool, miniature golf, basketball, and the list goes on. It’s a 2 miles west of Sedona but well worth a little extra drive from town.

My cottage was great! Very quiet! Had everything like a furnished apt. I found that they don’t have good signage when you enter the property. It’s a maze of streets. I’m told they can’t put up certain signs because it’s a time share property. They also require a lot of paperwork before you even arrive plus pre check ins on line. Then when you arrive you have to go thru the whole thing again. I found it to be a bit much. The staff was great and they gave you a map to find your cottage. That part was easy. They have an Italian restaurant on the property and a lot of amenities. I didn’t use them because I was there for just a night. Was visiting friends in the area.

We really appreciated the cleanliness of the cottage and that we could park right outside the door. The cottage was comfortable and quiet, the kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of amenities. When we reserved through Expedia, we weren't aware it was a time share/vacation club property. We had to step into another room to receive our parking pass upon check in, however, the woman was rather pleasant and understood we didn't want to tour or learn about their program. We will definitely return for another visit. It is located on the outskirts of town but everything is just a short drive away.
