Close to hiking, there is a trail right out the front door on the mountain and shopping in the local downtown Sedona shops and art studios. FREE CABLE & WIFI. Great Five Star Restaurants close by or cook your own dinner in the well stocked kitchen with an outdoor BBQ. Firepit in the large, fenced backyard for outdoor gathering & fun or relax at night under the stars. Retire to your own bedroom with adjoining bath/shower, sleeps 6 people/couples. Beds are a king size and a queen size with another room with a full-size futon. Very cozy and a wood burning fireplace in the living room.

That Patio!!! The home has all you need. For my friend and I, a view was in our needs and this delivered. It is a close drive to the surrounding sights and minutes to many restaurants and shopping, a short walk to Tlaquepaque, but make sure you know where you are going.

This little cabin is in a quiet neighborhood, end of a cul-de-sac, and is close to downtown (walking distance) so one does not have to drive thru downtown traffic to park here.Lovely views and extensive back deck for warm weather. The eclectic furnishings are quite adequate, although mostly old and thrift-shop. Comfortable recliners and beds. Fully equipped kitchen.Older TV in LR, and not a Smart TV, so you will not be able to hook into your Netflix, etc Overall, a very nice place to stay

The house was perfect in every way. Cleanliness, location, view and neighbors made it our home away from home. Access to the trails and downtown restaurants and shopping by foot was a big plus. The home is tucked away, but just minutes from downtown as well as from "normal" shopping (groceries, gas... thrift stores 😄). It is private and secluded, quiet. Well stocked kitchen (a pleasant surprise for simple basics--flour, sugar, spices that I'd assumed wed have to buy), clean and welcoming throughout. The beds are super comfortable and sunrise/sunset on back deck is the highlight of most days. 👍
