Don’t let the outside appearance deter you. Overall a nice place for the price. Plenty of dining options nearby. Excellent alternative option to staying in Sedona which is only a short drive away. Super friendly staff. very clean and bedding and linens are comfortable.

Comfy and quaint

Cute hotel in old town Cottonwood. Great location to park and walk. Room was comfy, although the bathroom felt like a cruise ship bathroom. Our room was over a walkway so it was fairly noisy. But the courtyard is very nice and quaint.

The location in the center of Old Town is the primary attraction of this property. The room was fine. The bathroom appeared fairly recently renovated, was quite modern, and though on the small end, find for my needs. I'd love hotels to stop this trend of half a glass door in the shower though. The room was cleaned prior to my residence but the housekeeping wasn't overseen, and wasn't quite top notch. There is a flat screen TV, universal remote, and a bunch of cable channels, but there was some pop up message I couldn't erase using the universal remote provided. The door locks needed some attention. Just old. Couldn't really use the key on the handle lock, so I had to rely on the deadbolt alone when I left. The safe battery was dead and despite my desire to use it, the front desk said they couldn't physically be removed to be replaced. That's not a huge deal for all travelers, but, really is industry standard anymore. It's a bad look to tell a guest, "yeah, it doesn't work and we don't have a plan to provide you the same service." The bed was very comfortable. Loved the pillows! I love that there's free parking, but it is community, not property parking. They offer a free instant coffee/tea/hot chocolate thing in a room that has a large amount of materials on local attractions, accessible with provided code to guests. The courtyard is a unique feature and I saw a few guests enjoying it during my stay. There were new window shades in my room, but they were too big.

Comfortable and relaxing accommodations

Clean, quiet room facing a lovely courtyard. The bed was very comfortable. We liked the option to choose housekeeping on your schedule -- morning or afternoon, so that we were not awakened at 8 am by housekeeping. The location was excellent, being in the midst of the old town area with all of its shops and restaurants.

Perfect for your visit to old town

The room was really cute, clean, and perfect for our stay. My husband and I enjoyed the Starbucks coffee in the morning. Very much enjoyed our stay. The town and hotel is real quiet at night. And the patio is really charming. The hotel is perfectly located in the middle of old town so we were within walking distance of everything. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. I only wish my husband and I had stayed longer. But we will definitely be back.

This was one of the cutest motels we have ever stayed in! The check in was simple. The room was very clean and modern. There were very nice dispensers for shampoo, conditioner and soap in the bathroom. The courtyard was so quaint. I felt like I was in Italy with all of the stone work and outside staircase leading to the second floor rooms. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend to others. The ONLY thing I would suggest is that there would be a light by the comfy chair so they I could have sat and read a book.
