The upstairs second bedroom has a king bed, and the third and forth bedrooms have a queen bed.

The upstairs terrace provides red rock views and seating area for your morning coffee or nightcap. The intimate courtyard has multiple seating areas, a barbeque.

There is no cancellation fee when you cancel 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Cancellations after the 48 hour period will be charged a one night's room rate and applicable tax. Failure to show up at property is deemed a no show and guest will be charged the full amount of the guest stay including taxes.
