Not as advertised..

For the price, this condo offers a great location and amenities, but did not live up to its "immaculate haven" advertising. As Robert R. experienced, the check in instructions were not provided prior to our arrival, but we did receive them within 15 minutes of messaging the PM. However, our primary complaint concerning our stay was the cleanliness of the condo, especially in the bathroom. The bathtub was filthy when we arrived, and there is no way we would have used it as-is. We did find the needed cleaning supplies in the unit and were able to get the tub clean enough to feel comfortable using it. When we left, ~ 10 showers and 2 baths later, the tub still looked cleaner than it had when we arrived. The last thing I'll mention is the mattress, which in our opinions should be replaced as it is sagging and not very supportive.

Good Value

Well equipped condo with a few deficiencies. The living room furniture was not comfortable and the tv was poorly mounted for group viewing. The bathroom was ok but could use some tlc. Location was on the wdge of the commercial area off 89A before the residential section. The balcony pic is deceiving as there is a landscaping business on the other side of the street. It's a good balue as the rates are good for a decent 1 bedroom condo. Checkin was a disaster as the checkin instructions were never sent. My voicemail to the property manager was not returned until about 3:30 on checkin day when I was on the phone with VRBO making alternative arrangements for lodging due to the lack of communication with the host. Once we got everything straightened out, access was no problem.

Beautiful view of Capital Reef from balcony

We rented for the view and the promise of cleanliness. And we got that. A little tricky opening the lock the first time, but Skye was on the phone right away and helped us. Tip: to lock the door must click lock twice. Very convenient and easy to get around quickly with minimal traffic in West Sedona. one nit: There was only 1 wineglass. Really? Vacation here! So we drank our wine from the plastic that we keep in our car. Also, there was not much in the way of tips from owners, restaurants, hiking trails etc. They sent to a website that was just advertising.
