We had a ground floor unit and the people above had a dog running across the floor at night. We had to have two plumbing issues fixed. No maid service after the first night. This feels like a very old and tired hotel.

Clean room, parking is easy, the prices for upgrades as well as time for early check in are confusing as different times and prices are listed on the website, expadia and text messages before check in. Not great traveling with pets as the patios are not private and there are no dog area.

The room was very clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable. The carpet was frayed, the a/c-heating unit was okay but the covers were worn off of the buttons. Rust around the shower unit. Towels were old, but clean. Appreciate the pet-friendly. Difficult to catch staff in office.

Check in was easy, staff was friendly. Room was very clean. They definitely use water softener so it takes forever to get the soap off of you in the shower, but that’s not really the hotel’s fault. Overall, a very positive experience.
