The check in experience was poor - they don’t bother to offer proper instructions for the front desk that is located away from the actual hotel. Moreover - they don’t bother to pickup calls at the front desk. Poor experience and poor communication.
The hotel itself is nice and clean. Good location.
Just their concept of supporting customers is way off - set your expectations low.
