This fully air-conditioned villa features open-plan rooms and a modern, airy design across two floors, with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (with whirlpool tubs), an additional guest toilet, 2 living rooms, and a well-equipped kitchen, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a cot, high chair, and parking space. Small pets are welcome. The highlight is the outdoor area with a barbecue, a 31 m² pool, a Mediterranean garden, and several balconies and terraces from which you can enjoy spectacular views of the surroundings.



The small town of Selva, with its shops, restaurants, and bars, is just a few minutes away by car, while the sandy beaches of Pollensa and Alcudia are about a 30-minute drive.
