This hotel is very good location, close to the beach, potatoe head, motel Mexicola etc. The staff are also very friendly and the free shuttle around seminyak is very handy when it is too hot to walk

We have stayed in some very lovely Villas in Bali over the years but this is the best so far. Town Houses are beautifully appointed. Bed and pillow options great. The pool in our one bedroom townhouse is small but ample for a quick cool off if you don’t want to use the large communal pool. Direct access out our front door to the gorgeous 25m long pool and it’s surrounds meant you have the best of both. And most of the time we had it to ourselves when we used it anyway. Lovely quiet street in what we consider an excellent location in Seminyak. Staff were always friendly and helpful when we needed anything. We will be back for another stay.

Individual plunge pool was great, so was the big communal pool. Nowhere to relax after check out which was tricky (all villas, no restaurant or lounge area).

Great place to relax. Convenient free airport pick up with a great driver. The daily complimentary breakfast had excellent variety and the room service very reasonably priced and well cooked food. Honest, helpful and attentive, fantastic service from all staff. We were made to feel very welcome for our first time visiting Bali. When sitting by the pool there was some noise coming from the neighbouring property due to building works - the staff were very kind and apologetic despite this being out of their control and we were provided with a free dinner or massage to compensate. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Cicada!

In accordance with local regulations, all visitors must remain within the property during Seclusion Day (Nyepi)/Hindu New Year for a 24-hour period (starting at 6 AM). Seclusion Day typically falls in March or April (dates subject to change each year). Check-in and check-out will not be possible on that date. Ngurah Rai Airport (Bali International Airport) is also closed on Seclusion Day.
