We stayed at the Four Points Sheraton in Seminyak for our honeymoon and booked the junior suite, which was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel overall offers excellent value for the price paid. You can tell the property is slightly dated in areas such as the bathroom and around the pool, which could use a refresh, but it still has great potential and strong foundations to be premium. Highlights: • Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options and really great taste – the coffee was fantastic. • Staff were wonderful across the board, very friendly and attentive. • Large pool, although we wish there were more loungers with shade available as many were reserved early. • Gym was a nice feature, though it would be better with air conditioning. • We appreciated the happy hour credit, which was a lovely perk to enjoy bites and a cold coffee or beer. Overall, a very good stay with strong value for money. With a bit of renovation, this hotel could truly reach premium status.

The jacuzzi is on the top floor and kids love them. Breakfast was good and staff were very friendly. Hotel offer a short ride to the square for shopping so it is very convenient. Nice food around the square and do try Warung Nia!

I feel bad leaving a less than stellar review as the staff were so friendly, lovely and attentive and I also liked the room itself. It's definitely had some noticeable wear and tear, especially in the bathroom, but the bed was very comfortable, lighting was thoughtful and I enjoyed the design and layout. However the room is advertised as a "pool view" And that was absolutely not what it was. It was a view of the hallway and you can technically see the pool if you crane your neck over the balcony. Due to this the room receives very little natural light or airflow, which makes it feel dark and musty and the balcony is basically unusable... This was not what I was expecting and I would have been very disappointed if I was staying longer than 2 nights. Due to this, I wouldn't stay again as I feel you can get better value accommodation close by.

Lovely hotel with super helpful and friendly staff. Good location for everything. Our room had a fridge and we were always left lots of bottles of water each day. The breakfast is one of the best we’ve had in Bali. Pancakes and waffles were a hit with the kids and we loved the omelettes and amazing coffee. Great stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel.
