Everything about this resort is excellent. I cannot fault anything. The food was delicious, the room was spotless clean. The location, the pools, the restaurants, the spa treatments were fantastic but most of all the Staff at Montigo are the best staff we have ever met. They go above and beyond to help you and make your stay there so relaxed. They are all so kind, humble and respectful. I will recommend montigo resort to anyone i know that wants to ho to Bali and we will definitely be back there to stay again. Well done and great job to all the staff. From Luke and Rosa

Excellent attention to detail - you can tell this hotel is looked after! Fantastic location - staff are so friendly and attentive. Breakfast was the BEST yet (& we have had a lot of continental breakfasts) this did NOT disappoint. Cute room - great layout, comfortable bed, laundry service was awesome. Staff were great and very helpful, rooms need an upgrade, Bathroom tap, shower are all dirty so they either need a deep clean or replacement. AC seemed to be mysterious, it would only run the compressor for few hours and then turn off so no cold air would blow out from the AC even if we lower the set temperature. The solution to that was to power off the AC for some time and then turn it back on, this is inconvenient to at night time. Pool and spa facilities are great!

The hotel facilities were excellent, the breakfast options were great and the staff were very helpful and attended to our every request. The beach, shops and restaurants are only a few minutes walk from the hotel. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a secluded place to stay with the convenience of being minutes away from everything - we will definitely stay here on our next visit to Bali.

Staff were amazing, but the room was dated, toiletries ordinary, no mini bar, old ripped towels, tired and scratched decor. Breakfast was very good. Busy 24 hr reception which was good. Little shade in the pool areas.

Value for money here was incredible! Kids club AMAZING - The food was so yum from the pool bar to the kitchen to the Japanese restaurant it was all great quality!! Location can't be beaten and the room we had was so nice - large with a lovely day bed in the balcony it was just lush! The cleaners did a beautiful job with the room also - always fresh and clean! The staff are wonderful!!!! The PTs are great too- Deva and Natasha definitely put us through our paces with boxing - they are wonderful coaches! We are definitely coming back!!!
