Our Premier Suite was a good size and well equipped. Having a bath was a bonus as was the walk in wardrobe with safe. Breakfast had plenty of choice. Staff were helpful and friendly. The Coffee Shop was very expensive and we were grateful to have a coffee machine in the room as well as the mini bar. Very well located with airport bus at the door.

We received a room upgrade to a suite that came with a welcome bottle of wine and cookies. It was a welcome surprise and a great start to our stay. The room was lovely though we struggled to find some of the light switches. The staff were friendly and helpful.

What differentiates top rated hotels is not the property as much as the staff. The Plaza front desk staff was incredibly helpful in making arrangements and following up.
