Room was spacious with plenty of pillows and blankets. Staff pleasant and accommodating. Lobby beautifully decorated for Christmas and we took several family photos. Adjacent seating area also very comfortable and homey. Full breakfast kept fresh. Perfect location for visiting our family in Knoxville east side area.

The room was very nice and clean. The hotel is beautiful. The breakfast was okay. The only things that were a bit frustrating were the fireplace and the internet. The internet kept going in and out continually. The fireplace was on a timer, so you had to keep restarting it about every 3 minutes.

Clean rooms and no odors. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable.Love the 11am checkout when most places are set at 10am. We had a cheer competition at the Sevierville Convention Center which was just an 8minute drive. We will stay again!

Staff was very friendly! Our room was clean and very quiet. Best part to our teenage kids was that the pool is open 24hrs and they loved the breakfast choices. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great place to stay! Room was very clean, the property was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Hotel was sold out but you never knew as the place was very quiet. Enjoyed the hot breakfast options each day!

Everything was great! The room was clean and nice. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was very good each morning and had a good variety. Just had to really hunt for good parking is all that was not the best. I'd overall recommend to stay there for your Tennessee vacation and I would stay again as well!
