There was plenty of cookware. The overall condition of the property was dilapidated throughout. Lots of stains on the floors, cracked tiles, plumbing leaks, toilets on first floor are sitting crooked. Burns in the rugs. Countertops have chunks missing and laminate is cracked. Holes in the floor from years of dart throwing. Doors were difficult to open. Multiple electrical outlets do not work. Games are in unusable condition. Furniture is antiquated, tattered and worn. Overall needs many items replaced. Would not THAT property again. Would not recommend renting 1046 Black Bear Cub Way. Property is just feet from neighboring cabins.
