Bright and newly renovated apartment in the historic center

Apartment recently completely renovated. Located in the historic center of Seville, in the Azahares passage, next to the Mushrooms.
All the floor is of first quality parquet. It has a bedroom with double bed, large built-in wardrobe with everything you need inside (ironing set, chest of drawers, hangers, portable clothesline). Large living room with air conditioning and heating, new Italian sofa bed and outdoor terrace. Fully equipped kitchen, both in utensils and appliances (refrigerator, microwave, hob, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine) with open bar to the living room.

It also has SmartTVs in the living room and bedroom, and free WIFI Internet access.

The bathroom is also completely renovated and has a hair dryer and washing machine.
The orientation is perfect and makes it very bright, and its privileged location allows you to walk to visit all the historical monuments and emblematic places of Seville, as well as enjoy the wide gastronomic offer of the city center.
The passage closes at night with limited access to residents, so there are no problems with noise during the night. The property has a ramp for the disabled, two elevators and a roof terrace with wonderful views.

A well equipped apartment, very cleaned, no issues with wifi, and great location to take advantage of what Seville can offer. It was close to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, easy walks to major sites, and only a couple streets away to Cortes Ingles to catch the hop on hop off bus or a taxi back to the train station.Thank you Antonia for being a great host.

Clean and well equipped, comfortable bed, quiet. Perfect for the 2 of us. The bar/cafe downstairs was very good. We would definitely rent again.(Small tip - you will be asked to leave the keys in the apartment on checkout. if you are leaving at a time when the walkway gate is locked, make sure you get instructions on how to open it.)

Beautiful Apartment

We were impressed by the apartment as soon as we entered. Everything was well situated, well decorated, and very clean. The apartment had an added plus since there was a dual language TV that allowed us to view movies in English. It also had access to Netflix but we were't able to connect. The apartment is well located and we walked to eveywhere we wanted to. The grocery store was also very close.

Great Stay & Great Location

From the very first contact when we were booking, right through to greeting us when we arrived, and the check out process Antonia was amazing! Her apartment is bright, clean, roomy, and secure. We personally loved the location and walked everywhere to see all the sights of Seville. We had no issues finding great restaurants, bars, and shops in the area. We would definitely recommend and stay there again! Thanks Antonia for making our first time in Seville so special!

Nice sunny apartment in great location.

Great place to stay, very central to everything. Pretty quiet as the apartment is tucked away a bit through a gated area. Clean, bright and modern. Theres an AC unit but its only in the living area, not the bedroom. Theres a great ice cream place a few yards away which is a great stop on your way home. Theres also a little plaza at the entrance where you can sit and have drinks, coffee, tapas, etc. And Tony was always available to answer any questions. Highly recommend!

Great accommodations in a great location

The apartment is in a charming complex with stores on the first floor and three stories of apartments above. The complex has gates which are locked after 8pm and before 8am so security is not an issue. The apartment is a block north of the best shops in the city on Calle Sierpes and Calle de Cuna. Walking south one is soon at Plaza De San Francisco and then a bit further on to the Cathedral and the Alcazar, the best sights in the city. There are restaurants and shops galore. Sevilla in April is a joy not to be missed.

We couldn't ask for more. The apartment is well-equipped, clean and quiet in a central location. Everything at your doorstep and a short walk away from most of Seville's attractions. The owners are wonderful people.

A great apartment in Seville

The apartment was well located, an easy walk to the mushrooms. The cathedral and alacaaza were a 15 min walk. It was a quiet and comfortable apartment with a supermarket next door and cafes and restaurants all around. A perfect base for a stay in beautiful Seville

Best apartment for stay in Seville

Traveling w my husband and daughters to Seville during a crazy hot spell. Antonia’s apt was the best landing spot: modern, clean, perfectly designed, great air conditioning. She personally met us, showed us in and shared dining tips. They had a map with locations circled. The beds were so comfortable- the pull out mattress was excellent The location was the best. Easy walk to all main areas. We had a wonderful time!

Quiet apartment in excellent location

Apartment is in a great neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shops nearby (including a Carrefour express just outside the gate). Close to Cathedral, Alcázar and other sites. Apartment complex is gated and locked at night so very safe and quiet. Clean and well provisioned. Host was very helpful and responsive.

Conveniently located Sevilla apartment

Wonderful spot

The apartment was exactly as advertised. It is a great option for a short Seville stay. Perfect size for 2, although 3 or 4 is possible. Toni does a great job communicating. Location is good, although we’d prefer to be little closer to the center or river.

Excellent property!

This property is in a perfect location, in the centre of Seville but tucked away from the hustle and bustle. It was spotlessly clean with everything we needed for a short stay away. Nearby are plenty of bars and restaurants as well as 2 supermarkets and plenty of shops. It’s a 2 minute walk from Las Setas. The host is super friendly and checking in was straightforward. We would definitely recommend staying here.
