Excellent service and staff! Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Buffet was well stocked with plenty of options. Front desk staff helped with cab reservations and restaurants recommendations. It is an older hotel but is is kept was really clean. Location is fantastic, right in the heart of Seville!

The property is in a central area, walkable to a lot of the main sites and pick up spots for guided tours. When I arrived, I got into my room and wanted to rest before exploring the city, a staff member entered my room without knocking and i had put the dead bolt on but it appear it didn’t work. I was upset and two other staff member in charge response was “at least it was a woman”- as a woman traveling alone, I don’t care if it was a man or a woman, no one should enter my room without knocking and me letting them in. I was clearly upset and their attitude was pretty much there’s nothing they can do. The bed is also very hard and uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here based on the staffs lack of care.

We had 3 rooms for a short break in Seville. The hotel was lovely and right in the centre. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Very easy to get around and the rooftop terrace was a great bonus. Plus breakfast downstairs a nice surprise. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you.

The only reason why I’m giving it 3 stars is for the location and service. Bed was horrendous. AC hardly worked, which was a nightmare giving that it was 46C outside. To get to the hotel was an ordeal of its own.

Would come back to stay. The staff was friendly and allowed us to keep our bags during the day. The balcony was a delightful space to enjoy coffee or a glass of wine. The maintenance was prompt and resolved a problem quickly.

The hotel is in a wonderful location. Close to the cathedral and 15 minute walk to the river. There are restaurants everywhere, but don't go out without your GPS, as navigating the maze of streets, alleys and walkways was tricky for us. The hotel staff was polite and friendly.Our room was old and in need of updating. It was clean enough, but in my opinion, in need of new furniture and updated bathroom plumbing. There was no hot water the morning we checked out. Seville is a wonderful city and of all the Spanish cities we visited, our favorite.
