It is centrally located in El Arenal - one of the most traditional neighbourhoods of Seville, by the bullring and just 5 minutes walking from the Cathedral. Suitable for up to 6 guests.
Refurbished to a superior standard while respectful of the original architecture, the house combines modern elements with traditional features. With marble flooring, original art works and contemporary furniture. There is air-conditioning with cooling / heating. Free high speed fiber optic internet.
The house is distributed over three floors, without elevator. With 150 sqm interior + 75 sqm outdoor space.
On the first floor is the living room with 2 sofas, coffee table and a Smart TV. Dining table with six chairs. The large kitchen is fully equipped with all main utensils and appliances: washing machine, dishwasher and oven included. There is also a toilet available.
