The staff went out of their way to assist my friend who had fallen the day before and needed a lot of assistance. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I definitely would recommend this hotel and walkable to the airport.

On Shannon Airport property and it is walkable to the airport for certain! Nice and clean. Great food at the pub. Front desk lady upon check in was very nice. Room well-appointed- even had a tabletop oscillating fan. Kettle in room with good selections of coffee and tea. Grab and go breakfast provided if you had to check out really early (like we did) which was really nice!

Perfectly fine ⭐️⭐️⭐️ hotel situated in the Shannon Airport parking lot. One does not stay here for its picturesque location, rather for its location. Staff were all very friendly and attentive. Hotel was clean and easy to navigate. There is a small lounge area directly adjacent to the check in, however it felt too close to the employees for it to be comfortable. Breakfast dining room was spotless and staff were attentive. Dinner in the pub was decent, nothing spectacular. Did notice that there was one-two tables who knew that staff and seemingly chose to drive to this hotel to dine there. Room was spacious and comfortable. Design flaw with shower layout led to a lot of water in the bathroom floor. Prob would stay again based on convenience alone.

Everything was top marks.

This hotel was booked because we had to be at the airport for a very early morning flight. Upon arrival we were greeted by a wonderful receptionist Erica. She was very friendly and extremely helpful. She is a great first impression for guests upon checkin. We were very kindly upgraded to a superior room which was quite spacious. Spotlessly clean! I checked inside of kettle and it was gleaming no limescale. The shower was adequate, perfect temp but felt the pressure could be stronger but I do like a high pressure shower. The only negative on the room was it was stifling hot however once we turned off the heating and opened the window it was fine. Our flight was super early so we did not have breakfast however I noted there were pastries coffee and water available to take away at reception. Over all I’m very happy to recommend this hotel. Nothing fancy but excellent nights sleep with a less than five minute walk to the airport. In fact from checkout in the hotel to the boarding gate took 15 mins!

Perfect for early morning travel, fantastic staff!

Due to the weather in Ireland I booked a night at the airport to make sure I could make my early morning flight. This hotel is so convenient for Shannon airport, literally a 2 minute walk to the terminal. The staff were fantastic from check-in to the restaurant staff who accommodated my dietary requirements to the early morning front desk person who went out of his way to help me with my luggage. Even without the weather situation I will stay here again as it reduced the early morning travel stress.

Perfect for the airport

Hotel is so convenient for the airport and I stay regularly when travelling to Shannon area. The rooms are a little tired, the shower cubicle has water staining and would benefit from a makeover. The room is fine for what I need, sheets, towels and immaculately clean. The housekeeping team do a great job. The only thing I would change about the room is the temperature controls, the room was very hot when I arrived, uncomfortably so, but I guess that’s better than it being cold.
