Welcome to Casita Villareal, your cozy mountain retreat in Shaver Lake. This dog-friendly cabin offers two levels of comfort and plenty of space for your group to relax and recharge. With one bedroom downstairs and two upstairs, the home comfortably accommodates up to eight guests.

After a day of adventure, unwind in the inviting living area beside the gas fireplace and stream your favorite shows on the flatscreen TV. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals for the whole crew, whether you are whipping up breakfast before the lake or dinner after a day on the slopes. Outside, the spacious deck is perfect for enjoying the fresh mountain air, with outdoor dining and a gas grill ready for cookouts and evenings under the trees.

Casita Villareal is located in the East Village neighborhood of Shaver Lake, within walking distance of Dorabella Cove. You will also be close to local shops and dining in town. Shaver Lake is a favorite destination for outdoor fun year-round, with activities like water skiing, jet skiing, kayaking, and paddleboarding. In the winter, China Peak Mountain Resort is just 19 miles away, offering 1,679 feet of vertical terrain served by seven chairlifts for skiing and snowboarding.

Great location.

Overall, the house was adequate. Location was close to town and walking distance to the lake. The deck was lovely for outdoor dining and hanging out. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were quite uncomfortable and the cabin was pretty dingy and dirty. Definitely a rustic cabin. The carpets especially need to be replaced or at least thoroughly cleaned. But overall we had a great trip to shaver lake.

Amazing!!

Has a ton of games, fenced up backyard which was great for the doggies! The kitchen has all the pots, pans, plates, cups, etc. you need! We were able to cook warm meals, bake, and grill! Amazing place and amazing rooms!

Perfect for our family!

This little cabin was perfect! There were 7 of us plus 2 dogs. Grandparents, parents, 3 boys (one who has autism), and our 2 dogs. This cabin for all our needs and exceeded our expectations. Fully stocked with appliances and cookware needed for meals and a full laundry. Ample room for all of us to spread out. The video games was an unexpected surprise that entertained for hours. We will be coming back!

Perfect for family & family dog

Prefect location, walking distance to the lake and to Shaver Lake Pizza. House was clean and well stocked with everything you need. They even had Thanksgiving cooking pans & Thanksgiving themed paper plates set out for us! The wrap around deck and small enclosed area was perfect so our dog could go out with us without having to worry about putting his leash on. Lots of family games to play by the gas fireplace too! Can’t wait to go back again!!

Cozy family get away.

This place is great. The management is top notch and answered quickly and responsively. I had one issue that I caused, and they took care of it quickly and respectfully. The home is very close to the lake, without breaking out a tent. The place is setup for a big family to have a great time.

This cabin was just perfect for our family and dog. It was comfortable and not too fancy. Everything was clean and the deck grill and table were great. Even better, was the fenced in back yard and deck, so we didn’t have to put our dog on a leash to take him out with us. We loved that we were able to walk to restaurants that had excellent food and were also extremely dog-friendly. We walked to the lake, but that was a longer walk. Shaver lake was a lot of fun for fishing, hiking, and swimming. It was a wonderful getaway!!

Feels like home

We LOVED this property! It has been our favorite in the area. It was absolutely a perfect place for bringing a dog. Deck is enclosed... small back area for them to do their biz. Even a dog door! The place just was comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. Location to the lake and town was ideal! Thank you for sharing your cabin with us! We hope to be back soon!

Perfect multi-family get away!

What a great little cabin! Walking distance to town and all of the amenities we needed. The kids enjoyed playing in the game room upstairs and the adults had a great time sitting out on the deck. The rooms were much larger than we anticipated. Great stay!

Birthday weekend at the snow

Had a great weekend getting away for the first time since all this covid stuff started. We were celebrating my daughter’s 20th birthday and wanted to just play in the snow and relax. The cabin worked perfect for us and we would definitely book it again.
