Well presented hotel in the heart of Sheffield. Rooms were a good size & was clean to a high standard, beds were modern & extremely comfortable. En suite was a decent size & shower was powerful although the temperature settings could do with adjustments. Noisy toilet flush with after noise echoing. Breakfast was delicious with options suited to all, hot self service breakfast, cereals, juices, toast with selection of spreads & meat & cheese. Bar open late & food available at bar or room service.

Staff were fabulous and check in was really easy. The hotel is in a great location right next to a tram stop in the city centre so you can go wrong there. The hotel itself is a little bit run down though. Couple of holes in the walls that have been patched and some paint in need of a refresh but not too bad. Bed was a little too firm for my liking but that personal preference and not something to mark the hotel down on. There is a step up into the bathroom which was harder than i expected due to my mobility issues but i managed. Would stay again but if i wanted anything other than a place to lay my head at night then I'd probably stay elsewhere

We had a lovely stay - the staff were super friendly and attentive. The facilities were also great for a city budget hotel, especially the showers! Breakfast was tasty too
