Dated decors. We stayed in a panaoramic king bedroom and our friend stayed in a premier king bedroom. His bedroom looks newer and air condition works better. The breakfast buffet has an average variety. Hotel is conveniently located near lots of dining and shopping. Also walking distance to Futien train station.

AC in my room did not work, Internet is extremely spotty, black mold in the bathroom. Staff is pleasant and seemed to be very embarrassed about the issues. It seems that the management of the hotels is very poor. Not worth the money they charge. It's particularly problematic if you travel for business.

The hotel is so old and not very clean. Besides, the hotel is not accessible environment. The accessible entrance is blocked. I am so shocked how come a 5 star hotel will be like this. All rooms should be non-smoking but smoking smell is very strong in the corridor. I will not go to this hotel anymore.

Considering that it is a 5-star rated hotel grade, the facilities and guest room interiors were overall very old, and even the strong smell of cigarette smoke when I first entered my high-class room (22nd Fl.) made my first impression very unpleasant.
