The first thing I notice of the room was the stale stink of cigarette smoke. I really hated the smell of it but there was no other room as the place was full. Also, the AC wasn't working properly and had to call for assistance. Even after it was turned on the AC was not giving out cool air, I can't imagine how it would be like in Summer. Don't think I will even go back there.

Ok stay for the money, but was very noisy. Could hear an alarm going off most of the night. Even thought I heard gun shots at one point, but could have been a car backfiring. On a main road so you can hear the local hoons racing past. Parking was full. Found hair in the shower upon arrival. Being bald I doubt my hair flew off and into the bath upon entry so assume it was either the cleaners or left from a previous guest. Staff were friendly and diligent.

Very underwhelmed when we walked into the room. Carpet had marks the outlet in the bath had hair and hadn’t been cleaned properly for a while. Couldn’t get the tv to work initially. The mattress was way too soft for us. Ashtrays bolted to the wall outside the rooms. The staff were friendly Wouldn’t stay again

The room was very rundown, maintenance needed in so many areas, very poor presentation, general care and cleaning required on top of required issues like tap just about out of sink mounting, torn lounge, dust & grease on lamp base, empty tissue box etc. General overall, very unclean, desparately needed basic repairs/maintenance. Cannot recommend as basics not completed.

I had arranged for a late check our of 11am, but at 10.40am the male cleaner knocked and entered my room whilst I was in the bathroom half undressed. There is no chain on the door from the inside to stop this from happening, the chain has been removed. The outdoor area near the pool wasn't very clean and the outside heater had no gas bottle in it so it didn't work, nor did the outside fridge and it was filthy. I wouldn't stay here again especially due to the fact that a male cleaner entered my room earlier than my arranged check out time.
