£8 to park overnight and £16.95 for breakfast which is excessive if you want yoghurt and fruit and a cup of tea I wish they’d have a way of offering a minimal breakfast at a fair price say £8? Not just here obviously. The facility is what you expect from IHG. When I mentioned the smelly drain in the bathroom they were very responsive and the staff are professional and helpful.

Holiday Inn London–Shepperton by IHG has always been our family’s most favourite hotel in the UK. Whenever my son’s school term break or a long holiday begins, this is the first place we want to come to refresh ourselves and truly enjoy some chill family time. During this Christmas and New Year season, we enjoyed two unforgettable and amazing stays here (22nd–23rd December 2025 & 2nd–3rd January 2025), and once again, the hotel exceeded our expectations. Our wonderful experience began at reception. When we discovered that something in our room was not working properly, the amiable and professional receptionist Ms. Tea approached our room immediately. She showed us the utmost care and concern and helped us exchange for a much more comfortable and convenient room, especially suitable for my only son. As the kids’ swimming time was set until 7:00 p.m., Tea kindly suggested that we go swimming first and return to reception later to collect the new room keys. Thanks to her thoughtful arrangement, we had more than enough time to fully enjoy the excellent swimming pool, Jacuzzi, dry sauna, and wet steam room. It truly helped both adults and kids to relax and chill completely. After our swimming session, we were very hungry. At that moment, Restaurant Manager Mr. Nadeem approached us and brought my son some board games and painting sheets. My son was extremely excited, especially because Nadeem remembered him. His warm and thoughtful gesture made us feel very close and cheerful.

Good standard hotel, customer service in a pleasant location overlooking a lake with trees and birds. Lovely breakfast with plenty of choice of fresh fruit, cereals and cooked food with several machines dispensing quality coffee. Comfortable bed and quiet room for a good sleep.
