Pool is right outside room windows and extremely loud. I was also charged more than what Expedia said I would be paying. Parking is awkward as the road is divided by a median and half the hotel is on one side of the street and the other is on the other.

Everything good, but the breakfast was kind of a mess in terms of the numbers of people. Some food items were running out and the staff was running like crazy to try to keep up. I think the number of guests outran the food capabilities.

Overpriced for the quality of the hotel even though it is listed under hotels it is actually a motel with exterior entrances to rooms. The pub was good with excellent staff and food.

My room was not ready upon arrival. I had some stuff to do in town so it worked for me to come back and check in. The rooms and building could definitely use some remodeling/updating. I feel like the carpet in my room could use a good steam cleaning. All in all I would be on the fence about staying here again.

The reception staff were very good at extending courtesy. with the exception of the bar tender- I came in late and take full responsibility for not ordering when I should have. She just never came back and then smiled directly at me when she knew it was closing for dining. I did not like the fact I had to park across the street in an alley. There were no luggage carts where your map showed. So, I hade to lug everything one by one from my car. Additionally, you have no way finding to allow you to determine where to go to get across the bridge. My room was 148. I had to walk down several hallways with no signage to determine where to go. I did take pictures. The only sign is a small sign sign on the wall near one hallway and the bottom line. So going down several flights of stairs to locate anything to tell you the direction of where you should be. Also your paper handout is really silly - makes no sense....when the receptionist explains where you need to go- she has it upside down to you, which is even more confusing. The last item is having a pool in the midst of the rooms, is plain crazy. The heated permeated into the halls and rooms surrounding. Not to mention the screaming kids enjoying the pool from early morning to late at nite is not my idea of a good time.
