Sheridan accommodation from NZ$120

Just of the Interstate location so nothing special view/location wise but otherwise everything was very good. Guy who checked us in recommended the Pony bar for a meal which was also really good.

There are definitely up and downs at this property. The front desk staff was good and they definitely tried to help where they could. I had a suit because it was me and my 2 kids. In the room, their TV had no cord and no remote. I called down and the maintenance said they didn't have another TV so front desk just gave us an extra room. So now my kids were in their own room. For some this wouldn't work, but my kids are responsible so it was fine. We ate at the restaurant, service was really not good and the food was bad. We got back to our rooms to settle in for the night and I tried to adjust the thermostat because it was hot. It had been 100° that day so it was hot in the rooms. The AC did not work in my room or in the room they gave to my kids. I know it worked in the building because the sitting room in the suit was working as was the rest of the hotel. When I showered there was hair on the wall in the shower and a wad of toilet paper next to the toilet. It's really unfortunate because I drive through Sheridan often to go visit my parents in Denver and this is our halfway stop. We always stop at the ramada but it's clear it has seriously gone downhill.

Clean spacious room with hot shower. Good hot breakfast; eggs, sausages, waffles. Good location.
