With high ceilings, exposed whitewashed beams, contemporary furnishings, oak flooring with underfloor heating, a large lounge with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, and a cosy bedroom & ensuite bathroom (with a bath & rain shower) it's ideal for two.

It's newly double glazed with beautiful views of the garden.

Enjoy your morning coffee at the bistro table outside or catch the warm evening sun with a glass of wine in the spacious front garden; the front lawn is for your exclusive use throughout your stay.

You will have Superfast Broadband with typical speeds of 95 mp/s download and 64 upload if you want to work, Zoom with friends or watch streamed TV. There is offroad parking for 2 cars.

Bank Cottage Studio is in the quiet conservation village of Great Wolford, which is entirely surrounded by fields and farmlands so we have some lovely field walks straight from the front door.

Being on the borders of 3 English counties - Gloucestershire, Warwickshire and Oxfordshire - you can easily visit many well-known villages, towns, gardens and National Trust sites.

- Moreton in Marsh and Shipston on Stour, both traditional market towns, are just 5 minutes (6kms) away by car.
