The breakfast is good with variety of local & western options. Only improvement item is that the room & facilities are dated & dirt on the furniture. Lovely little hotel, would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel staff are so attentive and nothing is too much trouble. It’s a 5 minute walk to pub street or a tuk tuk is $2. It has a lovely little pool area so when you get back from your tour or if you just want to relax in the afternoon this area is perfect. There is so much choice for breakfast. I must give a special mention to Kimsinh who was absolutely superb in helping us organise all our trips. He is a credit to the hotel.

Wonderful staff and location

We had a great time staying here for a quick trip to see Angkor Wat and the surrounding temple complexes. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, the breakfast was fantastic, and the room was very spacious and clean.

For the price, we got decent value for our stay. But a few things to note: There is a major restoration being done on the hotel exterior, so it is very noisy during the day and messy on the street around the hotel. The room itself needs updating. The decor and furniture are very dated, the chairs felt like they might fall apart and the night table was falling apart. We also had some kind of animal in our room as snacks we brought were eaten. Positives - the staff were excellent, breakfast was excellent, location is convenient. I feel like the hotel will be excellent once the renovations are done, but for now, I’d recommend looking at other options.

Great service and excellent staff

It is difficult to give this hotel just 4 stars when it's staff are all so polite, helpful, smiling, and friendly. The hotel is great value and well located. We had a huge room but - and this is why it isn't a 5 star review - there's space that could be better used and a renovation is probably needed soon. I'd rather have a desk rather than a swinging sofa. The bathroom too is showing a bit of age. My guess is that rooms will get done soon as a brand new entrance and new reception were just being finished as we left. Other than that, the room and bathroom were clean. The bed was enormous. Breakfast is a real highlight. It is fabulous. A great selection of different foods and incredible staff. The hotel restaurant is good and reasonably priced. The hidden gem here is the Khmer food. We had to ask for another menu to get this food, which was delicious and the servings were large. Very large even when a medium rather than large was ordered. Bottom line: would we return? No hesitation: absolutely.

A hotel away from the hustle and noise approx 4k reil to centre by tut tuk. Nice staff , buffet breakfast plentiful. Rooms could do with update but fine. Pool pleasant but limited loungers. Massage was welcoming. The Angkor Wat tour arranged by hotel with guide & driver was very good. Be prepared to be asked to buy tours etc. Overall a nice stay. If you want a cultural night book Kinell Dinner. Delightful food & show. We booked directed.

We had a fantastic stay here and much of that was down to Kimsinh at reception who checked us in and looked after us throughout our 4 night stay. He was a font of local information that saved us time and effort while maximising our stay in Siem Reap. The room was very spacious, pool was great, massage perfect and food excellent (breakfast and dinner). Would definitely recommend a stay here and you will be fortunate if you have Kimsinh looking after you!
