Five star quality with service above and beyond

We spent three nights at Thirdfold Residence and could not have been more pleased. The hotel itself is very lovely with well-appointed rooms, a good restaurant, and a great pool to enjoy after a hot day climbing Angkor Wat. The service provided by the staff was second-to-none. We were particularly impressed and appreciative of the service we received from Lara. Whether it was booking tuk-tuk rides, arranging tours, solving an electrical outlet issue, or preparing early morning lunch packs for us, she always went above and beyond. Her language skills - stretching from Khmer to perfect English to Mandarin - were also a big asset which made our multi-lingual family feel very welcome. Also, we wanted to thank Eric for the service he provided. When Siem Reap was hit with an electrical blackout, he met us upon our arrival back at the hotel and made sure we had everything we needed and ensured that our room's air conditioning was still working on the generator, etc. Again, we cannot recommend this hotel enough. If you are visiting Siem Reap, this is the place to stay. They also provide free evening tuk-tuk service to the popular Pub Street area and give you a small phone to call the hotel when you are ready for pick-up. Whatever you need while visiting Siem Reap, they will accommodate you. Only two suggestions for improvement: WiFi reliability, and see if the neighboring restaurant can be made to keep the noise down at night.

My family of 6 stayed at this hotel for 2 nights while we visit Angkor Wat. The hotel is not a big chain hotel but big in service. We arrived in the hotel with welcoming drink, cold fresh towel which was great for the very humid climate, and small snacks. Checking in is very smooth. We had a family room which was spacious and clean. Each night before bedtime, the staffs will come made our bed and light the enssential oil in our room. By the second morning, the hotel staffs addressed us by our names which was very impressived. Staffs really helpful and knowledgeable about surrounding. Breakfast was good--plenty of food with a lot of choices to choose from. The shuttle service to the airport and Pub Street was nice. Our kids love the salt water pool. I highly recommended this hotel for anyone.

The staff was good and very helpful. The room given did not match the description mentioned on your site while booking. The size of the room was smaller and there was no separate sitting area. Breakfast was not as per expectations with limited variations.

Very clean, friendly and helpful staffs

We stayed there around Christmas, the staffs was very friendly, gave us a lot of good advices for dinning and tours. They also provided free transportation from/to the airport. Hotel and room were both very clean. Our room is like new, a lot of space and very comfortable. Breakfast was good. The price was very reason. We were very pleased.

Schönes Hotel, etwas außerhalb der Pub Street. Dafür ab 23h ruhig. Der kostenlose Transferservice zur Pub Street ist klasse. Sehr gutes Frühstück und top Servicepersonal an der Rezeption. Man kann dort viele Ausflüge buchen.

Une adresse à retenir pour un séjour à Siem Reap

L’hotel un peu excentré du centre ville mais acess facile par transport et à mi-chemin de l’entree D’Angkor. Le personnel disponible et acueillant mais un petit peu trop avenant. Sinon les facilités mis à disposition sont correctes. Un petit bémol pour la propreté des chambres.

Estada muito agradável!

Hotel pequeno e com boa estrutura. Quarto amplo, equipe muito atenciosa (padrão luxo) procurando nos atender em tudo (passeios, descanso). Oferece tuk-tuk para o centro da cidade e de volta das 17h às 20h. Café da manhã bom, piscina boa para descansar e tomar uns drinks após um dia de passeio. Ponto principal: a equipe que fez com que nos sentíssemos muito bem!
