We absolutely loved our stay at Viroth’s Villa — hands down the best hotel we stayed at in Cambodia, possibly ever! The service was exemplary from start to finish; every member of staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely keen to help. The whole place was spotless, and our room was enormous, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The pool area was a gorgeous place to relax, breakfast was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was calm and elegant. Viroth’s Villa made our time in Cambodia even more special, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Highly recommended.

Lovely haven in a very central location

We had an amazing stay at Viroths. The location is perfect, beds are comfy and the service is great. Made extra special by the whole team; Soknea who welcomed us daily with a big smile, fresh towels to refresh and always remembering our names. Sovanda on reception, Sokha checking we had drinks or if we needed food and Da, always saying hello and providing plenty of mosquito repellent! The Villas were fairly quiet so we had the pool to ourselves a lot which was fantastic. My daughter and I also had massages, I thoroughly recommend the Khymer massage, it was amazing and the whole experience was fabulous- just gutted we didn’t have time for another before we left! My only criticism was the lack of storage space & wall hooks in the room & it would have been great to have a larger fridge but we are a family of 3 with lots of luggage, we stayed for a week and visited during the hottest time so needed lots of cold water! We’ll definitely visit again when we return to Siem Reap 🙏

Great location. Can walk to riverwalk, markets, nightlife, & restaurants. I was traveling solo and felt very safe. Great, friendly, helpful staff. Room was large & clean. Safe in room for valuables. Will definitely stay here on next trip to Siem Reap!

The best hotel I have stayed in

it was if they had broken all elements of a perfect hotel down into a list, worked on each bit and then re-assembled the whole. Absolutely perfect in every way. It is a boutique hotel in a quiet neighbourhood about 8 mins walk from the centre or 80p by tuc tuc. Read other reviews like this one to see everybody agrees about this one. Superb hotel.

Had a great 3 nights at VV. Opted for the vintage car airport pickup and exceeded expectation when Sreythy from the hotel team travelled with the driver for a personal airport welcome! Little touches of welcome back towels, big sprays as you leaving and the staff make the hotel. Great location and lovely little boutique hotel with only 19 room. Used the sister hotels pool as was more in the sun and equally welcomed and treated well there too! Thanks for a great stay and special shout out to Sreythy for getting to know us! C & K

From start to finish, this villa and their team are amazing. The best hotel I've experienced. The team were warm and friendly always assisting and recalling details such as coffee orders. Viroth's Villa is a lovely, small boutique hotel, with well curated interiors. Clean, quite and tranquil, it is located just off the river, away from the hustle and bustle of central Siem Reap, but within it's walking distance. What makes this hotel stand out is it's staff's impeccable service, that is above and beyond anything we have experienced. They are a credit to this hotel, the owner/manager should be incredibly proud of their team, who are extremely warm and welcoming, and very accomodating. It pains me to only give a 4 star rating but there a two issues that would really elevate the experience at Viroth's Villa Issues; 1) Water in the shower is mildly warm at best. It's bearable. But I would have preferred a steaming hot show after our big day spent touring Angkor Wat complex. 2) The food was lack lustre. The breakfast al-carte menu was fine, no issues. However, the food otherwise wasn't to the standard we expected, this included local and western options. Particularly disappointing were the burgers, nothing cooked bad but not a great section of ingredients. . I think a review of the menu/recipe would really go a long way.
